Synopsis: This course satisfies the new NYS DFS mandatory requirements that became effective on 4/1/22 for Property and Casualty licenses. In this course we discuss An Agents Obligation to Their Clients, Review of NY insurance Law 2102 - acting without a license, Cultural Competency for Insurance, Flood Insurance and the NFIP Claims Process. Credit hours include;

1 credit of Diversity, Inclusion and Removal of Bias.

1 credit of Ethics and Professionalism

1 credit of Insurance Law Review

1 credit of Flood Insurance

3 credits of Enhanced Flood Insurance.
